Stellenbeschreibung:
6 month project for a Certified Scrum Master CSM or PSM .-Guide Agile teams and support us on the Agile journey: works with cross-functional, teams to achieve higher agility and drive adoption of Agile best-practices based on previous experiences.-Support adoption of the Agile methodology.Pilot project to coach a team to the Agile way of working with a live project. Pragmatic approach needed.Capacity could be days.The scope may be extended to include other teams.

Erforderlich:
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.( CSM or e.g. PSM)Highly Experienced Agile Coach with proven track record and hands-on experience with agile / lean transformations. - Large enterprise Agile experience- Fluent english essential

Wünschenswert:
Preferred Skills: CSD ( Certified Scrum Developer) or equivalent (e.g. PSD - Professional Scrum Developer); CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner ) or equivalent (e.g. Professional Scrum Product Owner); Certified Scrum Profesional) or equivalent e.g. PMI-ACP ( PMI agile Certified Practitioner ).
