We are looking for a "License Manager (m / f)" for our customer from the energy industry in Hannover.Tasks:
• The "License Manager" acts as administrative and accountable end-to-end support function for all license related processes
• Proactively drive and coordinate all license related requests as well as client software related requests and reports
• Serve as administrative and commercial coordinator for all license related requests (e.g. license order support, license archive administration or software catalogue administration)
• Strong cooperation with the operational SAM provider DXC and requests management
• Regular Compliance Monitoring
• Prepare and conduct meetings within the License Management team and with other parties
• Support within SAM projects such like carve-outs or integrations
Requirements:
• Issue resolution
• Process understanding and license management background would be a benefit
• MS Access knowledge and SAP MM knowledge would be a benefit
• Professional communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliability
• Service oriented
• Necessary languages: German, English
