Engineer for Computer Vision and Deep Learning (m/f)

Beschreibung

• Design and implementation of innovative algorithms in deep learning and artificial intelligence
• Implementation of object detection, classification, reconstruction and segmentation concepts with image, video and 3D data
• Apply state-of-the-art machine/deep learning and computer vision methods to real world problems in various solutions for intelligent mobility (e.g. in augmented reality, autonomous driving, video analytics etc.)
• Performance evaluation with large scale data sets
• Rapid prototyping of prototypes and solutions
• Software engineering in C/C++, Cuda, Python and equivalent programming languages
• On-the-road experimenting and bringing innovations to work in the real world
• Lead and conduct advanced R&D to shape new prototypes and products

• Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in machine learning and computer vision
• Excellent C/C++ and Cuda programming skills, proficient with scripting languages (e. g. Python), computer vision related libraries (e. g. OpenCV, PCL) and machine/deep learning tools (e. g. Caffe, TensorFlow)
• Profound development and prototyping experience in large, high-quality software systems, equivalently PhD in a related area
• Strong theoretical and practical background in computer vision or machine learning with proven record in research and innovative thinking
• Passion for quality products, software development principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, teamwork, technical writing skills and strong problem solving skills
• Experience and passion for managing larger projects is beneficial
• Experience in Cloud-based machine learning concepts is beneficial
