Task:- Requirement gathering/analysis for changes and projects
- 2nd and 3rd level support
- Functional and technical advises throughout the company
- Change management
- Supplier management
- Single point of contact for the customer
- Converting the business requirements to technical descriptions for service providers
- Finding the improvement areas in DMS to optimize the daily operational tasks
- Ownership of DMS related requirements in a project from inception till go live
- Working on Ticketing systems for operational support and for changes (JIRA)
Requirements (Must have):
- very good Know-how in Document Management System
- fluent English and German
- ITIL Know-how
Nice to have:
- FileNet Experience
