Application Manager Document Management System (m/w)For a customer in the Munich area, I am currently looking for an Application Manager Document Management System (m/w).
Job description:
* Working on ticketing systems for operational support and for changes (JIRA)
* Ownership of DMS related requirements in a project from inception till go live
* Finding the improvement areas in DMS to optimize the daily operational tasks
* Converting the business requirements to technical descriptions for service providers
* Requirement gathering/analysis for changes and projects
* 2nd and 3rd level support
* Change and Supplier management
* Functional and technical advises throughout the company
Job requirements:
* Document Management System-Know-how (DMS)
* IT Knowledge
* ITIL
* Work structured and independently
* English
Nice to Have:
* Experience with IBM FileNet
* Fluency in German or French
Start: asap
Duration: 4 months
Capacity: Full time
