Your tasks:
- Evolve the current customer care experience by introducing more valuable, self-made interactions and process automation to have more meaningful and efficient customer interactions
- Work with a new, multi-channel (Virtual) Digital Assistant (V)DA supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
- Deal with Bot Logic (input validation component, chat answer template, action buttons component, exception handling & logging, handling connected platform and user information, logging conversation history, sentiment analysis component) and Bot Connectors
Your qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Cortana Intelligence Suite and Microsoft Azure Data platform
- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework
- Good German language skills
