Position: Network Infrastructure Support Manager

Duration: 6 months +
Job Description:
- Implemented CISCO Unified Communications products such as CUCM, CUC,UCCX, Meeting Place, Jabber, CIPC, Agent Desktop, Supervisor Desktop
- Installed IOS voice gateways running SIP,MGCP,H323 protocols.
- Providing ongoing maintenance and technical support for local users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving all voice related issues in a timely manner.
- Working with Cisco TAC on major issues caused by software bugs and hardware failures.
- Managing the implementation and installation of new networks and network services.
- Project Coordination, supporting the development of the existing project
- Management processes and methods as part of a continuous improvement process
