Beschreibung
• Integration support for the Clients voice strategy including installation, operations, and maintenance of the global voice network
• Analysis of business requirements and their fit to the existing and upcoming infrastructure according to client guidelines
• Appraisal of new IPT services and features, validation of service provider proposals, and analysis of the cost-effectiveness
• Coordination of the interaction between data sources, Avaya Interaction Center and other linked components
• Design of call routing path vectors/scripts and development of reaction scenarios like overflow metrics
• Review of action plans to support the ITIL service framework and to recommend actions to take
• Definition and implementation of processes in the context of a global IPT program and ensurance of service delivery
• Design and implementation of standardized reporting and review of call monitoring logs as well as telecommunication costs
