Required Skills:
-12 Years+ experience in Testing Management in Insurance Sector
-Experience in Guidewire Claim or Policy Center preferred
-Expertise in estimation, test planning, project management and end to end release management and reporting
-Demonstrable experience & understanding of Testing Automation in Agile Methodology
-Experience in setting-up and running Quality Assurance processes
-Ability to navigate effectively between IT, Management and Business stakeholders
Education:
-BSc., M.Sc or similar academic degree
-ITIL or similar certification
Languages:Fluent bilingual German-English skills
