For our client in we looking for Senior Service Desk Analyst (m/w).Start: asap
Duration:3-6 Monate
Auslastung: Vollzeit vor Ort
Tasks:
- Research technical issues
- Managing and processing of customer requests;
- Write Technical documentation;
- Escalation to 3rd level support or external service provider;
- Review product change requests;
- Implement change requests in test systems;
- Perform and conduct acceptance tests;
- Maintain Performance Monitoring & Analysis.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Service Organisation;
- Willing and able to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and nights;
- Experience with Linux and Windows Environments,
- Sound experience with Perl and/or Bash Scripts, experience with cloud technology (AWS) is preferred;
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: ELK, Zabbix, MySQL, Samba;
- Proven strong communication skills in English (both oral and written), with preferably also fluency in French and/or German.
