- Plan and track activities and deliverables assigned to the Team and the area (functional as well as training, testing, cut over,â?¦) - Actively drives resolution of stream-specific topics and manages integration - Reviews all process changes and assesses impact on other processes - Conducts impact assessments against Template and drives organizational change- Designs processes (local and global) o Develops user requirements and the to-be processes based on business requirementso Creates proper documentation according to GBS Standards- Executes transfer to run organizations, live sites and GBS-C / RBS-C- Supports preparation for QGs together with Local Team Lead- Ensures Data Quality and completeness- Ensures (global/local) SOP content is in line with GBS processes- Reports to Team Lead

Erforderlich:
- Extensive Knowledge of O2C processes- Life Science/Pharmaceutical Experience
