SAP HCM Consultant - HCM - 3 month - Cologne, Germany
Tasks:
Optimization and digitization of HR processes, as well as implementation of the HR IT strategy
Application support for HR-SAP modules and collaboration of SAP HR projects
Control of the IT service processes for the HR system landscape (Incident, Change and Problem Management)
Introduction of workdays as a global HR system
Analysis, development and optimization of processes and interfaces
Requirements/Skills:
SAP experience and experience in SAP HR, SAP Portal, Success factors
SAP customizing know-how
Very good knowledge in the SAP HR environment (PA, PY, PT, OM), including edge systems (eDPA, time management)
Advantage of SAP authorizations and S/4HANA know-how
Ideally project management certification (Prince II, Agile Method Competency)
High degree of independence
Load capacity, reliability
Languages, German/English: oral and written
