One of our most respected clients within the Ecommerce sector for Online and offline sales is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join their Berlin for a 6 month rolling contract. This contract could end up lasting 2 years or more but they're also offering up to 40% remote work as well.
They want someone who will start developing the models for attribution whilst clustering, classification and a lot more. Based on time series data in the marketing context as well as further development of their technology stack, which today is based on components such as Apache Spark, Tensor flow, Kafka & Co. You will also be Supporting their data analysts regarding the practical application of machine learning, whilst planning and implementing the R & D projects in the field of Deep Learning & Artificial Creativity.
You Profile;
- Must have a Data background (Apache Spark/Tensorflow)
- Have 3+ years of related work experience with Kafka & Co.
- Proficiency with Java, Scala or Python is a nice to have as well as experience with large-scale software systems and architectures.
- Desire to quickly learn new technologies and adopt tools that fit a problem best
- Being hands-on, resourceful and a doer
- Able to work autonomously but also operate as part of a strong, cohesive team
- Strong communication skills
- English Speaking!
