Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- Analyzing, documenting and optimizing of GPS (Global Program System) related business processes (definition of target business processes; identifying of gaps in as-is business processes and target business processes)
- Set-up of these processes
- Creating the processes in ADONIS
- Re-platforming of GPS functionality of existing LOBs (Liability, Property, Financial Lines, Marine) to PEGA
- Extension of GPS functionality to two outstanding LOBs (Aviation, Engineering) through PEGA
- Integration of document management systems like Thunderhead and FileNet via BIH
- Data migration: Skeleton migration of existing GPS database
- Reporting: Implement solution for Management Reporting
- Concept for Decommissioning of GPS 1.0
Anforderung:
- Good knowledge of insurance business processes
- Experienced in insurance business processes (optimization) projects
- Experience with Pega is mandatory
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure and application development processes
- Motivated
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to build working relationships in a complex environment
- Fluent in English and in German
