Aufgaben:- Analyze gaps identified by the SYS/SW Quality Assessor
- Identify root causes, propose countermeasures and track them to closure.
- Provide SYS/SW development and process consultancy to project team.
- Create the SYS/SW Quality Assurance Plan
- Analyze the Project Assessment Report
- Apply problem solving methodology according to company Standards
- Monitor and track preventive and containment actions to closure
- Create the Project Quality Report
- Contribute, monitor and track peer reviews
- Coaching and mentoring project team for process needs
- Create a project audit and assessment schedule
- Conduct product and process audits and create audit reports
- Create monthly project assessment report
- Report to the SYS/SW Quality Manager
- Distribute the Project Assessment Report to the SYS/SW Quality Engineer
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science or Mathematics or similar
- Experience in Quality (min. 2 years)
- Experience in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development field
- Experience with the software development process, systems engineering methodologies, and test techniques
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (V-Cycle, Agile), ASPICE/CMMI, Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
- Experience in training or mentoring peers in engineering methodologies
- Experience in embedded SW/SY development (automotive experience is a plus)
- Very good English
