For our client we are searching for a Problem Manager (f/m).


Tasks:
- to deliver effective problem management for the bank's technology platform, resulting in the provision of stable and robust services to support business applications
- Manage the full lifecycle of the Problem Management Process
- Work with design/architecture teams to ensure best practices are adopted to ensure stability and supportability of applications and infrastructure
- Perform trend analysis and pinpoint potential high-risk areas, and initiate resolution activities based on statistical data provided by Problem Analysts, the Incident Management Team or PM Tools
- Meet regularly with senior development and infrastructure managers and client service heads to identify problem areas and report on progress
- Ensure continuous improvement of platform
- Ensure appropriate vendor interaction in a multi-vendor environment
- Reporting
- People Management (training of staff / skills development of all team members)

Skills:
- Problem Management
- Global role in Financial Services Technology in a client facing function
- Technical education
- Ability to influence across the organization
- incident tracking tools (e.g. Remedy, Heat etc)
- ITIL version 3 foundation certificate
- IT Risk Management
