Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst GDPR (m/f) for our client in Frankfurt am MainTasks:
• Support the identification of business processes and systems that relate to personal data and are deemed in-scope for GDPR
• With guidance from the core programme team, understand the internal summarisation of the GDPR requirements and perform a gap analysis of all Business and IT processes, systems, procedures and controls, producing a gap analysis summary report as an initial deliverable
• Work with their respective Business Unit or Corporate Function to perform a risk assessment to aid a risk based approach for the application/implementation of GDPR
• Produce a Business Requirements Document for each system, detailing exactly what is required as per GDPR requirements, following MoSCoW methodology, ensuring full traceability of requirements.
• Work with IT to develop Technical Specification Documents in order to build technical solutions needed to meet GDPR requirements. Assist with the implementation of these IT solutions.
The role offers a wide amount exposure to varied areas across the business in Ireland. For the successful candidate this is a chance to work on the biggest regulatory effort in the bank and industry at the moment.
Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of what the business do and have a high level appreciation of the breadth of data topics; data management, data quality, data dictionaries, data lineage, data architecture, data privacy, data reporting
• Data privacy knowledge – data governance or other areas of understanding data of how it flows throughout the organisation
• Excellent Business Analysis skills i.e. ability to analyse and clearly capture business requirements
• Ability to create clear definitions of business terms, metrics, KPIs with supporting data
• Self-starter and work on their own
• Good stakeholder engagement skills
