For one of our clients we are looking for a Reporting Requirement Analyst and a Reporting Requirement Supervisor with banking know-how (m/f)Reporting Requirement Analyst
- Reponsible for creation of HR Reporting Requirements documentation templates including rationale for requirements
- Responsible for organisation and analysis of documentation created
- Responsible for the creation of a directory of reporting requirements to avoid duplication.
- Provide input and suggestions into process improvements
- Maintain a relationship with HRIT to ensure clarity of demand
- Provide regular updates on progress of documentation to Supervisor
Reporting Requirement Supervisor
- Create a process and schedule for the collation and organisation of documented HR Reporting Requirments
- Accountable for accurate and complete documentation
- Work to identify and document any suggested or recommended process improvements
- Ensure documentation is structured in a clear logical method and ensure duplication of requests can be identified and eradicated
- Manage relationship with MIS and consumers of reports to ensure smooth communication between supply and demand
- Work with stakeholder groups (HR IT, HR Functional Design, Core, Change Team) to ensure requirements are appropriately embedded in the Data Dictionary and communicated
