Business Analyst
Business Analyst is urgently required in for a long term position with a major insurance with Property and Casualty experience with my client in Germany, Koln.
Primary Duties
- Assessing the business impact of any changes or new process requirements identified
- Capturing, analysing and documenting requirements
- Presenting recommendations based on business requirements
- Introducing new and improved processes to the business and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Development of reporting MI for all business areas
- Ensuring client is conducting it's business in line with all regulatory requirements and involvement in market driven projects where required
- Management of Compliance requirements for Delegated business including due Diligence and Audit
- Management of all Product Governance requests from the business
- Manage implementation of Client strategy in all processes and systems, document requirements and approval of specifications for changes to IT systems
- Plan, organise, co-ordinate and control UAT effort for all process and system changes
