For a longer term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a experiencedIT Project Manager - Online / Mobile Banking (4073)
The successful candidate (80% – 100%) will support our client in creating a new Online & Mobile Banking solution. It shall provide the client a superior user experience with rich but easy accessible functionality considering latest security standards.
Your Qualifications:
-Multiple years of experience as IT Project Manager within banking, ideally with engineering or computer science background
-Experience in Online and Mobile Banking would be an advantage
-Technical background, know-how in Java
-Ability to analyze complex problems and identify potential solutions
-Familiar with project management and collaboration tools like MS Project, Atlassian JIRA + Confluence
-Experienced in all project phases from setup, realization to deployment and closure.
-Experienced in agile methodologies SAFe / Scrum
-Ability to understand complex system architectures and dependencies
-Certifications like PMP, IPMA as well as SAFe Agilist are a plus
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills English – German would be a plus
Your Responsibilities:
-Managing multiple agile squads developing components of the Online & Mobile Banking in the SAFe agile methodology
-Managing requests from various Business Areas and Initiatives within the Bank
-Identification and management of dependencies between the squads but also externally towards backend systems or capabilities used by other “Ecosystems”
-Strong, comprehensive and transparent risk management from the risk identification to risk mitigation and risk closure
-Orchestrating the delivery across agile squads, cross capabilities as well as backend services such as delivery milestones can be met
-Budget and capacity management for associated squads as well as financial controlling of supplier budgets
-Stakeholder management within the IT e.g. infrastructure teams as well as various service providers, architects, IT risk etc.
-Supplier management regarding our off-shoring partners but also other suppliers for managed capacity and managed service engagement as well as licenses and maintenance & support contracts
-Ensuring the delivery of projects and releases adheres to policies
