Für ein Kundenprojekt im Konzernumfeld suchen wir einen Identity Access Management Spezialisten der das IAM Governace Projekt welches bereits in die Linie überführt worden ist begleitet. Dabei geht es im Wesentlichen um die Unterstützung der Business Manager hinsichtlich der Erstellung und Integration von Application Operation Rules Dokumenten. Der IAM Specialist stellt die erfolgreiche Integration der Dokumentationsprozesse sicher und berichtet in regelmäßigen Abständen hinsichtlich Fortschritt und Compliance.Aufgabenbeschreibung:
• Monitor and report progress on AOR completion
• Manage communication from the team mailbox and maintain progress status in team database
• Confirm accuracy of governance team in AOR vs Metrics spreadsheet and update as necessary
• Confirm accuracy of governance team in ADoIT (a process documentation modul) vs Metrics spreadsheet and update as necessary
• Review and revise user guidelines for AOR creation
• Review and revise BAGF document
• Review and revise AOR templates
• Presentations for revised BAGF and AOR templates in steering group meetings
• Work with the Access Management team and former IAM Governance Project team members as a consultant providing advice and guidance. This task includes:
o Assist with the implementation of AORs in Service-Now
o Assist with enhancement requirements for the ADM (Application Development Management) team
o Assist with updates to ADoIT CMDB
• Assist business managers with the creation and submission of Risk Acceptance documents
• Maintain team documentation
• Maintain team database
• Participate in team meetings and provide status reports
Anforderungen:
• More than 5 years of work experience
• Intermediate knowledge in IT Governance practices as well as IT risks and compliance industry standards (SOX, ISACA, ITIL)
• Intermediate knowledge in Identity and Access Management best practices
• Intermediate knowledge with vbs scripting
• Intermediate knowledge with MS Access
• Solid knowledge coordinating project tasks in a global environment
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Very good communication skills combined with the ability to tailor communication to a multinational audience
• Ability to understand and interpret business needs and associated technical requirements
• Very good facilitation skills
• Ability to work strategically with focus on the targets
• Experience in managing projects/tasks in a global environment
