PMO SAP Support

For one of our clients we are looking for an PMO SAP Implementation

The client's program develops and implements the new Trade Promotion Management process and aplication template for the client's CPG units. The new applications is based on SAP trade management using the modules TPM on HANA and Customer Business Planning (CBP).

Tasks:
Project management - keeping and following up to do lists - organize, moderate and document meetings
Escalation management with providers
Administrative change management following the client's ITIL based IT change management process
Supporting the Program Manager in various administrative topics, e.g. budget control and invoice approval
Skills required:
IT project experince
PMO
Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP modules, preferribly SAP SD or SAP CRM
Strong MS Office skills, expecially excel and powerpoint and sharepoint
Jira know how

Nice to have:
Experence in processes for project management, change management and IT accounting
Languages:
English - fluent
German - fluent

Location: Düsseldorf (remote work possible, but consultant has to be onsite when Project Meetings take place)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 year+
Work Load: 50% (best possible - 4 hours/day)
