Your tasks:
- Lead of a team of experts in the area of compensation and benefits, HR Technology, Analytics, People and Organization Development
- Lead of internal / external project managers
- Development and implementation of pan-European total rewards elements
- Development of performance management programs and annual processes
- Alignment of European compensation and benefits programs, processes and tools based on new strategy, global market trends under consideration of local market data and local requirements
- Development of talent management strategy
- Sparring partner for HR leadership team
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in international HR leadership team, ideally with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits and HR Technology
- High Communications Consulting skills on different hierarchy levels/target groups
- Strategic thinking, strong conceptual skills
- Project management and people management skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English
