My client is looking for an experienced Junior Change Manager (German Speaking).
The ideal consultant will have fallowing skills:
* Experience in drafting creative and visual Communications Interventions (emails, newsletters, posters, meeting presentations)
* Experience in Retail industry a plus
* Experience in ERP related-projects a plus
The main Responsibilities will include:
* Draft Content of Communication Interventions (emails, newsletters, posters, meeting presentations)
* Engages with Market Adoption Consultants & Staples Benelux Project Team Members to customize Content
* Translates content from English to German
* Updates local Communication Plan, reports weekly on it and raises issues & risks in due time
* Records feedback from the Team, and plans associated actions
* Organizes meetings (content of invitation, distribution list, room booking )
* Prints and pastes Communication Material (posters, flyers etc ) in the facility
Rate will be approx. EUR 115 per day (minus personal tax)
EMPLOYED Solution (AUG) The person would be employed through an AUG solution and have the benefits of holiday, health insurance, pension and all German mandatory contributions. Rate will work out significantly better is the consultant is already employed or own their own LTD.
Location ideally Hamburg but Berlin is also an option. It's to handle the communications for the project for Germany, Austria and Poland.
