For one of our clients we are looking for a Social Media Specialist (Content Strategy & Creative)Target of Task:
Conceptualization, implementation and roll-out of global social media strategies and content plans for core brands
Main Tasks:
Plan & realize social media content in direct coordination with international brand managers
Develop content editorial calendars based on brand communications briefs as well as create real-time content to exploit current trending engagement opportunities
Steering of social media content creation during photo shoots and events
Identify trending topics & exploit engagement opportunities where feasible
Steer content implementation via local digital teams in more than 30 regions and countries, and provide consultation for the implementation of social media
Monitor & analyze statistics and activities for social media
Required skills:
Marketing Communications
Corporate editor
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on social media, content strategy or social media campaigns
In depth understanding & experience working on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat (preferably agency background)
Significant experiences in the field of social media implementation and content strategy
Creative, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
Analytical skills, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
Great communication skills (written & spoken) in English & German language
A passion for digital marketing, social media and beauty related topics & trends Beauty affinity, trend competence, deep know-how in Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
English and German fluent
