Aufgabe:
- support customer in overhauling its Core IAM system for employees, contractors, partners, guests from a bespoke solution to a SailPoint-based solution
- analyze, adapt, design, optimize IAM processes together with business & IT stakeholders
- steer supplier for technical implementation
- oversee technical implementation
- communicate changes to the business
- support integration of changed IAM processes/tools in customers IT landscape (portals, ...)
Soft-Skills:
- high communication skills
- to acquire business requirements in interview-style workshops
- to translate business requirements to technical implementers
- communicate changes to the business
- experience with larger companies
Fach-Skills:
- deep knowledge of IAM systems
- experience with large IAM projects
- experience in analyzing & optimizing IAM-related business & technical processes
- architectural capabilities
