Als Rahmenvertragspartner suchen wir für unseren Kunden zum kurzfristigen Start einen Rolloutmanager (m/w).
Einsatzort: Hamburg
Einsatzzeit: 10.04.2017 bis 30.04.2018
Dauer: 240 PT
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
• Adapt and detail a rollout approach of previous rollouts for a subsequent rollout areas
• Identify, plan and document requirements and required preparations imposed by the new system and the specific rollout approach for the region. Coordinate the required activities how to handle them and integrate them into an overall rollout plan.
o Requirements towards business processes in general and during start of rollout
o Requirements towards change of data flows (internal interfaces & interfaces to/from external partners)
o Requirements for specific transition processes, e.g. business process, organizational
o Requirements for data migrations, initial data uploads, setups, configurations etc.
o Requirements to ensure adequate support during rollout activities from various parties, e.g. development, operations and business support
o other
• Coordinate the discussion and sign-off for rollout approach and rollout plans between parties, e.g. headquarter departments, regional business representatives, involved project teams
• Shape, plan and coordinate required rollout tests; create detailed plans and rollout scripts for individual system or business rollouts
• Manage and drive the execution of regional rollouts on-site within the region and remotely from headquarter
o Steer the activities of a rollout team during an initial production support phase
o Collect, prepare and present rollout status in daily operational calls and also in weekly management calls
o Manage communication with key stakeholders in region management and towards different management levels in headquarters, e.g. project, operations, maintenance
Skills
• Experience in planning and managing complex system rollouts and business rollouts
• Strong self-esteem and management capabilities
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse group of 10-20 people with different background, e.g. business areas, developers, tester, IT operations, etc.
• Experience in specific fields of rollout activities
o Systems rollout
o Data migration
o Interface de-activation and activation
o Ramp up of business processes
o Coordination of service desk and support processes
o Fallback scenarios
• Balanced understanding of technical and business requirements for a rollout;
ambition to understand end-to-end context of business and rollout scenario is more important than expert knowledge in a single area
