Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Projektmanager für unseren Kunden, einen internationalen Automobilzulieferer im Raum Stuttgart.Objective:
· Lead the process improvement project covering Sys, SW, Project
Management Process areas for the Laser Scanner Project to Reach
SPICE Level2
· Covered processes: HIS Scope
Responsibility:
Creation of a SPICE improvement timing plan together with the local team
(process gaps are clear already): plan, coordinate, re-plan, report to the
Management.
· Ensure that process project improvement milestones are met, plan actions to
come back to plan.
· Lead a project team consisting of Process Working Groups working on
Documentation of the new/refined development processes, methods,
technical concepts for the automation of the process steps and efficient
usage of the existing/new tools, metrics and their automation.
· Ensure automation of data exchange between different tools and processes
· Coordinate with Daimler Project on milestones to train the project team
members, support and collect feedback
· Coordination with CDV SMART Initiative, CDV R&D IS, Scala2 project and QA
Skills:
· Very good Planning and coordination abilities, fighter who can get the things
done
· Advanced Knowledge of automotive embedded software development
· Advanced Knowledge of ASPICE
· Good communication skills, proactivity, assertiveness
