Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir ab sofort externe Unterstützung.
Aufgaben:
• Manage project development through lifecycle of project.
• Accountable for the success of the project with the sponsor and project team.
• Development of project charter defining scope, deliverables, and risk based on timeline, budget, and available resources
• Create project timeline defining tasks, resources, and critical path
• Define the work packages and work with sponsor to assign work package leaders
• Provide communications conduit for project progress and feedback
• Act as mediator between project stakeholder and project team
• Identify and resolve risks and issues to project
• Help determine staffing needs for in-house and outsourced work
• Report project status and accomplishment of milestones
• Implement and enforce agile (or similar methodologies) to ensure project success
• Provide assistance and leadership to fill missing roles as needed to ensure project success in a startup environment.
• Ensure success of project using transparent professional methods.
Skills:
• Experience in SCRUM development teams (5-10 employees/ scrum team).
• Languages: fluency in english; german nice to have
• High quality standard, clean code. Active cooperation with business unit.
• Certified Scrum Master
• Proven experience or university degree in Business or Management, Information Technology project management or related fields
• Profound experience in agile project management with a good track record of successful projects
• Agile SM Certification is a major asset
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modelling skills strongly desired.
• Ability to work in a ‘start up’ environment with changing requirements and little direct staff.
• Clear, focus thinker with ability to execute on priorities and effectively control releases
• Experienced working across multiple levels, functions and regions
Laufzeit: ab 18.04.2017 bis 14.07.2017 (+ Option auf Verlängerung)
Volumen: 540 Std. Onsite, 60 Std. Offsite
Einsatzort: Essen
