We are currently looking for 2-3 senior resources who will support the program management in managing the projects portfolio in Business Alignment roles.Please find below some additional details:
Profile
Must have:
- 4-6 years experience in project/ program management of complex, multi-stream, strategic business projects/ programs (with IT implementation being part of the scope), incl:
- scope, budget, planning and goals management (definition, monitoring)
- stakeholders management on various levels (incl. senior management)
- proactive management (alignment, monitoring) of multiple streams/ deliverables within the project / program
- alignment of the project / program with an overall company’s strategy and it’s strategic goals
- project management methodologies, incl. agile
- excellent communication skills
- critical thinking
- ability to work under pressure
- fluent German and English (in writing and speaking)
Nice to have:
- strategic consulting background
- retail banking background
Location:
4 days in Frankfurt, 1 day off-site
Every two weeks 1-2 days in Nurnberg (instead of Frankfurt).
Duration:
Minimum 1 year
Start:
As soon as possible, no later than 01.05
