Experis is looking for a Service Manager (m/f) in Ludwigshafen for our renowned client.
- Support of current Service Level & Reporting Management in the area of LEON (ongoing organization)
- Good knowledge of processes, especially in the area of infrastructure mandatory
- Deep Knowledge in ITIL, especially SLA reporting and management
- Excellent skills in coordination and communication
- Deep knowledge in SLA´s and KPI´s and reporting as well
- German and English language Skills
Duration: up to 24 months
