EUC Support Engineer - (L3 Support) Skype for Business, EMC San Storage, SCCM, Windows.We are looking for an EUC Support Engineer - (L3 Support) for 10 months contract assignment in Frankfurt, Germany starting in 15th Feb.

Must have Skills;
- Skype for Business,
- EMC San Storage,
- SCCM Software Packaging & Development. support on Windows applications, Network Connectivity, User Accounts, Network Printing and any other Hardware/Software issues
- Fluent in GERMAN and English
Task to be carried out;
- EUC Support Engineer - (L3 Support) position serves as a central point of contact to complete end user and management requests.
- Basic/ Intermediate level of understanding in Skype for Business, EMC San Storage, SCCM Software Packaging & Development
- Experience in Windows 7 & 10 Environment
- End user support - 80% (Support & Troubleshooting, Client/Customer Support, Hardware/Software Maintenance & Patching).
- Documentation and Inventory - 20%
