Objective:• Capture and manage the requirements within the Development team.
• Understand, Elicit and manage requirements and provide traceability between work results and specifications
Responsibilities:
• Perform analysis of stakeholder documentation and specifications, and provide traceability of these requirements to be in line with the
requirements of ISO 26262 & Automotive SPICE
• Perform gap analysis between customer & TRW specifications
• Ensure the compliance of the Requirement Engineering Process, thus he will support Requirement Authors and Requirement Owners. Support
team members who slip into a RE process role
• Preparing RE environment for projects, generating and maintaining Requirements and Reports
• Ensuring process quality and supporting the quality of the process activity outputs
• Interfacing with the users, sponsors and all other stakeholders in order to determine their (evolving) needs (Customers, Electronics, Mechanics,
System and Software teams)
Education and Knowledge:
• Good communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a complex project environment with multiple stakeholders including Design, Implementation and Test
• Experience as a Requirements Engineer or as an engineer working in a requirements driven developmente environment
• Understanding of data bases, data structure, constructing report, optimization of Data
• Previous knowledge of Requirement management tools such as DOORs or MKS
• Knowledge in UML/SysML and IBM Rhapsody benefitial
• Degree as an electronics, software engineer and or mechanical engineering (FH/TH, Bachelor or Master)
