Responsibilities:

Develop cloud sales opportunities, manage the development of continuously evolving forecast models and methodologies
Develop relationships with partners and customers (team up to build strategic relationships)
Identify potential business opportunities and drive timely resolution
Build strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to drive roadmap and program evolution
Responsible for working at the most strategic level within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation
Development of formal case studies and other forms of references highlighting activity and workloads running on the public cloud
Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; establish these relationships while engaging at all levels including senior levels of the customer’s organization
Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account

Qualification

Experienced Account and Relationship Manager in large scale organizations, coming from automotive, retail, energy, scientific research, finance and similar industry on a German market
Deep understanding of IT trends and requirements, gained in enterprise IT / cloud computing solutions
Experienced in business development, business planning, market strategy, program developing
Solution architecture capabilities of the IT application scenarios and cloud computing technology in:
Software applications: HPC, CAD / CAE, ERP / SAP, mainstream database, enterprise security software, IoT platforms, enterprise information application (pm system, MIS …)
Cloud computing platform: Openstack, Vmware, AWS and other virtualization tools such as KVM, Xen,
Cloud Computing service product features such as computing, storage, network, security, automated operation and maintenance
Cloud and virtualization related concepts as Serverless Compute, public vs. private cloud etc.
Experience in practical projects in non - server computing services, big data platform, artificial intelligence, machine learning, SDN, distributed storage, R&D …
Understanding of technology as service - IaaS, SaaS, PaaS highly preferred
Interpersonal, communication, analytical, presentational skills
Ability to develop and keep customer relationships
Fluent English and Fluent German
