Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Consultant (m/w) für Business Monitor (BM) für die voraussichtliche Dauer von 10 Personentagen die remote durchgeführt werden können.

Aufgabe:
Upgrade Business Monitor (BM) 8.0.1.1 auf 8.0.1.3 & Cognos BI 10.1.1 auf 10.1.1 FixPack 4

Beschreibung:
Business Space version has to be upgraded in 4 environments:

Upgrade activities and deliverables:
1. Perform upgrade in a development VM and perform development tests. Document upgrade special considerations for the customer environment. Provide information regarding the changes that will be introduced by the upgrade to the customer.
2. Perform upgrade in the Integration stage of the customer environment and perform extended developer tests. Test resolution of the upgrade regarding a open problem ticket.
3. Perform upgrade in the Quality stage of the customer environment and support customer acceptance test phase. Document and fix problems during acceptance testing.
4. Prepare and upgrade the Production environment in close cooperation with the customer Operation Lead and the IBM Project Manager. Update existing documentation.

Each step considers the successful completion of the previous step and customer acceptance to proceed.
