Responsibilities
• Requirements analyses - taking into account the specific business requirements for B2B mobile communications solutions as well as network development (new technologies, modernization, ...)
• Analyze and Evaluation of requirements/business models and the resulting requirements for technology solutions
• Consulting of the areas required for the solution, including expansion and optimization with business process know-how
• Preparation of feasibility analyses, development of technology solutions or implementation variants their integration including production and operating model
• Initial effort determination (resources, hardware, services,...), cost/benefit analysis and preparation of an implementation decision at management level
• Coordination of the extensive requirements for the technical solutions / services and ensuring the implementation through professional support and control of the implementation phase
• Management of strategically oriented projects in partnership with other areas, such as IT, strategy, security,...
Qualification
• Completed studies in IT/computer science or a technical course of study
• Very good experiences in classic and agile forms of cooperation
• Several years of outstanding experience in solution design or IT architecture management in the mobile communications environment
• Experience in the conception of cloud or microservice based architecture models with a focus on OSS / service domain
• Advanced knowledge in the introduction or application of software standards, e.g. TMF Open Digital Architecture and Open AI
• Very good knowledge of mobile network technology, components such as RAN, transport and core as well as technology standards such as 3GPP
• Process understanding with regard to relevant telecommunications business cases related to OSS (e.g. order provisioning, fault clearance, etc.)
• Business fluent German and English (min. B2)
