Position: Expert CRM Software Implementation in B2B Sales


Location: Munich and Remote
Start: 15.02.2023
Duration: 3.5 months
Utilization: 80% Remote share: 50%
Background to the task:
Our customer introduces a new CRM system (SAP) and quotation tool (RIB) for his B2B sales. The technical implementation is underway and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Before the go-life, the customer wants to have an expert's assessment of whether everything has been thought of to get the maximum value out of the new software.
Tasks:
View from the outside:
Contribute experience from other companies
Define use cases and check them against the new software
Conducting a risk analysis
Assess the future viability of the solutions
Pointing out perspective applications
Show best practice examples as inspiration for sales management
Profile:
Extensive experience in the introduction of CRM systems and/or quotation software in sales organizations (specialist side)
Ideally, experience with SAP C4C
Ideally experience with RIB I2
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Good English
