Aufgabenbeschreibung:• Support of infrastructure systems in the production or laboratory area and interface to production IT
• Coordinate and configure IT infrastructure services needed to provide comprehensive platform services to the business
• Interact with colleagues from other IT areas to resolve cross functional and project issues
• Incident – and problem management and request fulfillment as part of second/third level support
• Proactively identify where system or process improvements can increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Anforderungsprofil:
• Completed relevant professional qualification and working experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or comparable degree)
• Very good knowledge of the IT infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server / Clients, ActiveDirectory)
• Very good network knowledge (LAN/WAN/VLAN)
• Experience in virtualization techniques (e.g. VMWare)
• Strong security understanding and knowledge in the configuration of firewalls
• Very good knowledge in English and German language
• Knowledge and experience with script languages (e.g. Windows Power-Shell…)
• Technical understanding and basic knowledge of relational databases, esp. Oracle and MS SQL Server
• Excellent team communication and coordination skills
• Distinct focus on customer needs and results
• Problem solving skills
• High flexibility
