Beschreibung

We are looking for:

ServiceNow Architect

- Knowledge in ServiceNow modules - IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IRM and Dashboard
? Deep Knowledge in below ServiceNow Platform & own the DWS ServiceNow Platform
? Support all delivery and project activity to ensure the teams are well structured for success
? Develop and support the delivery plan including dependencies across a range of modules and vendors – ITSM Pro, ITOM, HAM Pro, SAM, IRM, SPM and associated integrations
? Act as ServiceNow technical SME/Architect for DWS
? Ensure the correct ServiceNow platform management is in place – release process, environment management, big rules, architecture artifacts
? Develop and Support the DWS ServiceNow Roadmap - Adoption, Release Upgrades, Continual Improvement, New modules where the business require new capability
? IT Service Management (ITSM) Pro Edition with the packages Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Portfolio, Vendor, Knowledge, Configuration, Reporting, Service Level, DevOps, Continual Improvement
? IT Operations Management (ITOM) Standard Edition with the packages Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB
? IT Business Management (ITBM) Standard Edition with the package Application & Portfolio Management (APM)
? IT Asset Management (ITAM) Standard Edition with the packages Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM)
? Integrated Risk Management (IRM) with the packages Policy & Compliance, Risk and Advanced Risk
? Experience in Set-up ServiceNow Platform in a "Greenfield" Environment
? Experience in Integration of ServiceNow with various other platforms (Example - Splunk)
? Good Communication Skills & Stakeholder Management
? ServiceNow Now Platform solutions Service Portal, Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, Reporting & Dashboards, Workflows & Orchestration and Virtual Agent.
? Certifications: ITIL V3 or V4
