Job Title: Service Desk Agent
Location: Lower Saxony, Germany
Remote Possibility: Fully Remote but MUST live in Germany
Contract Length: ASAP - 30th September 2023
Language Skills: German Fluency
Task:
You will be working at a fast-paced service desk working on their TransnetBW Campaign. You will be required to support remote maintenance, configuration, and administration of IT systems such as operating systems, networks, databases, and web/system software. You will be working in close cooperation with system engineers when integrating new systems. You will also need to make qualification decisions for Downstream units.
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge of different Technological platforms
- Troubleshooting (by phone, email, ticket system)
- Remote solution maintenance
- Abiding by data protection regulations and development guidelines
- impeccable communication skills
- German speaking
- Excellent operational and administration skills
- Proficient within MS Office (Excel, Word ect~)
- Located in Germany
