General Description
Responsibilities :-
1. 7-10 years of total experience with minimum of 4 + years of managing Office 365, Hybrid & ADFS Environment
2. Day to day administration of L3 and escalated calls and provide resolution
3. Day to day Administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange Online/Hybrid infrastructure
4. Global experience in managing large environments is necessary.
5. Should have worked in fast paced challenging work environment.
6. Responsible for producing RCA for high severity issues
7. Excellent communication and verbal skills
8. Must be open for 24*7 operations.
9. Monitoring and planning for Exchange Hybrid Server Capacity Management.
10. Provide Value Adds and contribute to Knowledge Base and the documents accessible to Messaging Team globally.
11. Providing support to Level 1 & Level 2 team to resolve escalated issues for Email related issues.
12 . Very Good understanding and touble shoting skills in Hybrd and Pure Cloud based Exchange deployment

2. Experience in managing Hybrid Environments, Exchange Online Protection, DirSync /ADFS Environments & it is mandatory to have Exchange 2013 & 2016 Background
3. Provide administration and engineering support for all messaging related projects such implementing new system or process. (upgrades, 3rd level technical support/administration, backup/recovery, performance measurement and capacity planning)
4. Good understanding of DNS, Hybrid E-Mail Routing, Email Tracking, SMTP / application Mail Relay, Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery concepts - Single item, single mailbox , Exchange Server, Exchange Site

14. Familiarity with hosted cloud services
15. Experience analyzing new technology and making technology recommendations
16. Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues.
17. Good knowledge of Email archiving like Symantec Enterprise Vault.
18. Good understanding and work experience with various mobility solutions like AirWatch, Mobile Iron
19. Troubleshoot and resolve client end email applications - Outlook, Outlook for MAC, Mobile devices etc.
20. Good understanding and work experience of Anti-Spam and Anti-virus applications and products like various email gateways, IronPort, proof point

Soft Skills
1. Experience on Incident and Task management tool like Remedy or Service-Now.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to author and present materials ranging from detailed technical specifications to high-level presentations
3. Experience in handling customer and severity cases.
4. Ability to produce RCA for major and critical cases.
5. Team handling and conflict management skills
6. Work on Change management Process
7. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in collaboration technologies and architecture.
8. Participates in management of customer satisfaction, best practices and benchmarking, Outputs and deliverables
9. Participates in setting strategic directions, provides leadership to extend the organization's ability to optimize use of technologies and resources
10. Developing automated procedures and technical documentation to utilize in the implementation and maintenance processes
Other Skills / Experience
1. Working with software and hardware vendors, internal organizations, and business units to provide integrated Email technology and business solutions.
2. Administration of migration server of Quest tool
3. Interacting with Information Security, Network Engineering, Internet Engineering, Help Desk, Business Partners and functional groups
4. Architects, prioritizes, co-ordinates and communicates with other teams about the ongoing messaging projects. Assists in the evaluation of overall risk for
5. Maintains oversight of the design and implementation to ensure appropriate and effective end-user needs are included


Years of Experience
7-10 Years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server administration & 4 + years experience with Exchange Online


Certification requirements
1. MCSA/MCSE/MCTIP is necessary
2. ITIL Preferred
