I am currently working an exciting long-term remote contract for a global automotive business in Munich, Bavaria and they are in need of a German Speaking, Functional SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to assist with a large transformation project which will be ongoing for at least 12 months with a chance of an extension.Previous experience in end to end implementations of SuccessFactors LMS module
Perform all aspects of LMS administration
Gather and analyse the businesses requirements
Configure SuccessFactors based on HR best practices
Understand and articulate system requirements and constraints
