For our enterprise-client we are looking for Learning amp; Development Experts (w/m/d) who build end-user enablement journeys within the group-wide introduction of SAP S/4 HANA.
Aufgaben- Develop and implement a comprehensive, tailor-made learning roadmap for the
introduction of a new ERP system based on modern corporate learning approaches and
methodologies
- Design and roll out state-of-the-art, agile learning solutions in alignment with business
teams, their objectives and priorities to create meaningful learning experiences
- Bring in and represent end-to-end perspective when designing learning solutions to
deliver business value
- Co-create customized and pragmatic guidelines, blueprints, templates, and standards for
the development of 70:20:10 solutions
- Analyzing learning needs, creating customer/user learning
persona, and developing sustainable learning journeys reflecting a relevant and impactful
mix of 70:20:10 solutions
- Connect the dots and understand existing dependencies to other project and business
team deliverables to ensure integrative approach for all learning deliverables
- Successful rollout of a digital learning platform and its active use within
the organization
- Develop and put into action impactful levers to implement a culture of continuous learning
from working and empower self-directed learning skills
- Building and enabling a global network of Workplace Learning Advocates
driving learning matters within the organization including training and invitation
management, reporting of metrics, etc.Qualifikationen
- Experience in planning, designing and rolling out effective and pragmatic 70:20:10
learning solutions and enablement programs in VUCA project environments, ideally IT
projects
- Experienced in dealing with (internal) customers and stakeholders as well as building
trusting, long-term relationships, flexibly responding to business needs and situations
demonstrating customer empathy
- Courage to question status quo, create what is right vs. what is planned, and utilize new
ways of working
- Advanced competencies in handling common MS Office applications (especially
PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
