Einer unserer innovativsten Kunden ist auf der Suche nach einem neuen QA Manager. Die Stelle ist dem internationalen Qualitätsdirektor unterstellt und soll die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems unterstützen, um die Produkteinführungsaktivitäten im gesamten internationalen Geschäft zu ermöglichen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Erstellen, Überprüfen und Genehmigen von Verfahrensdokumenten (SOPs und Arbeitsanweisungen)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung eines Schulungsprogramms für GxP-Mitarbeiter
- Sicherstellen, DASS Erst- und Fortbildungsprogramme implementiert und aufrechterhalten werden
- Schaffung und Aufrechterhaltung effektiver Prozesse für GMP/GDP-Aktivitäten und Qualitätssysteme
- Initiieren, Bewerten, Koordinieren und Verfolgen von Produktbeschwerden, Änderungskontrollen, Abweichungen und CAPAs
Wichtigste Qualifikationen:
- Master-Abschluss in Biowissenschaften bevorzugt (Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie, Biotechnologie oder gleichwertig)
- Solide Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (Hersteller oder Großhändler) oder einem anderen GxP-regulierten Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse der GMP und GDP sowie Verständnis des Lebenszyklus pharmazeutischer Produkte.
- Fließende Beherrschung der englischen Sprache und mindestens einer weiteren europäischen Sprache.
