Test Engineer (Fluent German) |3 Months | Stuttgart (Hybrid)

Beschreibung

• You will be responsible for planning, preparing and executing system tests of products, customer and sub-functions in the vehicle or using appropriate test environments according to the valid test specification, requirements of the valid process and meeting project deadlines.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include specification and execution of test cases with reference to customer and product requirements.
• You will be conducting documentation, routing, tracking and validation of deviations, defects and issues with acquisition systems specified by the process
• You will run application and programming customization of automated test equipment such as steering and acceleration robotics, self-propelled platforms, and required communication units for accurate location determination
• You will be in use of efficient and, if possible, fully automated test environments for execution, data acquisition, evaluation and documentation of results
• You will design, develop and document new test methods according to process with given templates within the framework of test strategies, internal and external requirements and according to the scenarios specified in the NCAP protocol
• You will coordinate with other customer projects, technologies, teams and other sites worldwide to provide, refine and train test methods
• You will evaluate, document, and discuss customer features with functional departments and management

• You will have previous experience as a test engineer in the validation of automotive components and road tests
• You will have hands on experience with HiL (Hardwar in Loop) Dspace and Test Workbench
• You will have competent knowledge in the use of drive robotics and autonomous driving platforms
• You will have knowledge of the Automotive development and test process
• You will be fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
• You will have a degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, communications engineering, mechanical engineering, natural sciences or equivalent qualification
