DocuSign implementation is part of HR Migration project that moves administrative tasks and processes from local and business HR towards HR Operations and at the time digitalizes as much of these tasks and processes as possible. We are looking for a DocuSign expert consultating and doing the configuration support for the integration part as well as DocuSign templates/ workflows set-up
Tasks (independent delivery)
- Verifying countries where DocuSign a recognized tool for eSignature
- Confirm if standard electronic signatures are acceptable for respective countries and for what document types
- Setting up DocuSign Templates: identifying Approvers, Signors (via Conditional Routing or Template set up), if e-Stamps needed and overall workflow
- Setting up reminders, expiration dates, Email message
- Setting up integration with ServiceNow via DocuSign spoke (inside ServiceNow)
- Build interface for electronic Signature/ Envelope Tracking and Management via DocuSign spoke (inside ServiceNow)
- Configure HR services for the DocuSign integration (inside ServiceNow)
- Configure an HR PDF document template for a DocuSign template (inside ServiceNow)
Skills:
- Expert in DocuSign
- Visible project experience implementing DocuSign with ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
