Job Description
• Overall responsible for successful preparation, implementation, rolling out of data classification and protection exercise for all customer regions.
• Create and maintain data classification matrix for all customer units.
• Prepare and conduct data classification workshop for users including senior management.
• Implement and roll out data classification tool for manual and auto classification on structured data.
• Prepare end users and support the roll out of manual and auto classification for structured data.
• Fine tune data classification tool and integrate with any downstream DLP solution. Prepare and roll out the digital rights management solution.
• Work on improving the maturity levels of the manual and auto classification and Rights Protection
• Creating SOP for incident management and SOC integration.
• Possess knowledge of Implementing DLP solutions and Data Classification integration in on-premise and Cloud.
• Implemented File, user and location-based Cloud DLP policies to a gain visibility on data flowing in Cloud apps and SAAS application
Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
• Overall 10 years+ Information Technology/Information Security experience with minimum 3 years+ experience in Data Security
• Experience in Data classification, Data loss prevention, Sophos, Titus, O365 DLP, Symantec DLP
• Fluent German
