Active Directory Service Lead
at our Stuttgart am Main location
Your responsibilities as Active Directory Service Lead
• Ensure that Service is delivered by adhering to the agreed SLA/KPIs. Define and implement Service Improvement plans.
• Oversee Demand management, Incident & Change management, Problem management and Service Level Management activities in the service.
• Implement automations in the service resulting in effort and cost savings. Drive continuous service improvements activities in the service.
• Support team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations.
• Responsible for technical delivery of Active Directory Administration activities for mission critical production support environments.
• Plan and oversee Domain Controller Server patching and upgrade activities.
With a team of 10-15 other employees, you are not only a thought leader in your field, but also the most important consultant and first point of contact for our customers. As a very important "point of contact" you provide the necessary support and information. In addition, you will lead your team in project processes as well as the development and delivery of deliverables.
In your role, it is essential to always consider both sides - the customer's perspective and that of the technical team. With excellent analytical skills and a knack for tackling problems head on, you will find the right solution for all stakeholders and effectively put it into action.
Qualifications required
? Strong experience (10-12 years) maintaining and administering AD (Windows 2008R2, 2016) services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology
? Maintain and Administer GPOs, OU, resources, group policy management
? Managing Multiple Active Directory Sites & Services
? Expert understanding and Knowledge of Critical Roles in AD
? Managing/ Administration of DHCP Services, DHCP failover services, DNS, etc…
? Solving and resolving complex AD issues
? Fluency in German and English
? Customer satisfaction is your focus, accordingly you have a strong service mentality
? Particular flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies, scale quickly and adapt situationally to different requirements
? Excellent analytical skills and problem solver mentality
? Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvements
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: 500 EUR per day
