We are looking for an IT support analyst (permanent employment) for an international customer in Frankfurt am Main.Your tasks:
1st Level IT Support for all VS employees
Handling and developing corporate IT Security
Working with ERP-Systems
Supporting IT Manager
Handling data- and asset management
Your experience:
Ideally, a completed education in the field of IT with relevant experience
In-depth understanding of desktop, applications and operating systems.
Experience with large excel data files
Experience in corporate automotive industry would be a plus
Very accurate working approach, good time management, result orientation, proactive, good team player
Your Skills:
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), German would be a plus
Real team player with the willingness to work in a multicultural and international environment
Reporting and presentation skills
Very good time management
