Technology Analyst
at our Stuttgart location
Your responsibilities as a Technology Analyst
In your role as Technology Analyst for operational network systems, it includes Enterprise Data Network (administration, patching, upgrade and migration activities), Design, Preparing of HLD/LLD, Team leading ,Service level management, demand, incident, change management, Provide network WAN/LAN design, implementation, consulting, Cisco, Aruba, Juniper or equivalent, network audit, Discovery and Design Work Shop, Site network build and transform, Support Hyper care and handover, Supporting in RFP/RFI response. Also handling Client discussions and writing solutions/estimates for RFPs. you will play a key role in keeping Daimler's production process up and running. You will ensure the functionality of the network and handle requests and tickets related to network operations. In addition, you will coordinate change processes (change management) and play a key role in both problem definition and overall solution development.
With a team of 10-12 other employees, you are not only a thought leader in your field, but also the most important consultant and first point of contact for our customers. As a very important "point of contact" you provide the necessary support and information. In addition, you will lead your team in project processes as well as the development and delivery of deliverables.
In your role, it is essential to always consider both sides - the customer's perspective and that of the technical team. With excellent analytical skills and a knack for tackling problems head on, you will find the right solution for all stakeholders and effectively put it into action.
Qualifications required
• Bachelor of Engineering / Technology / Science with overall experience of 8-10 Yrs.
• Architecture and Deployment, Cisco/Aruba Switching /Routing & WLAN, DDI, AAA/Cisco ISE
• Network Automation: Python & Ansible and As Built, LLD, Testing & Acceptance Testing Documentation Skills
• Experience in running operations with ITIL processes/Project Management – PMP and in writing RFPS solutions and presentations during client visits .
- Deep understanding of operation and change management and related network processes within ITIL, ideally with certification
- Fluency in German and English, excellent in Verbal, written communication.
- Customer satisfaction is your focus, accordingly you have a strong service mentality
- Particular flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies, scale quickly and adapt situationally to different requirements
- Excellent in analytical skills and problem solver mentality
- Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvements (Automation, incident reduction etc.)

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: 400 EUR per day
